Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu runs 6:00 to 7:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu runs 7:00 to 8:30pm Monday to Friday. On those four nights a parent can drop a child at the kids class, change, and step onto the mat themselves for the adult class on the same trip.
