Doors open before the first class. These are building hours, not class times.

Doors open at 5:00pm on weekdays. Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is 6:00 to 7:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is 7:00 to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, so on those four nights a parent and child can come on the same trip. On Wednesday the 6:00pm slot is MMA rather than kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. On Saturday, adult MMA starts at 9:00am and open mat starts at 10:00am — call the gym to confirm the finish times.

Frequently Asked Questions

How early should I arrive for my first class?

Ten to fifteen minutes early. That gives you time to meet the instructor, sign the waiver, put your things down and get onto the mat without walking in during the warm up. After the first visit, five minutes is plenty.

Can a parent and child train on the same night?

Yes, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and the schedule is built for it. Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is 6:00 to 7:00pm and adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is 7:00 to 8:30pm, back to back, so one trip covers both. A number of our members train in the adult class after dropping their child at the kids class. Wednesday is the exception: the 6:00pm slot is MMA rather than kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, though adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu still runs at 7:00.

Is there a kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class on Wednesday?

No. Wednesday's 6:00pm slot is MMA rather than kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:00 to 7:00pm. Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu runs Wednesday as normal, 7:00 to 8:30pm. If you want to know more about the Wednesday MMA class, call the gym and we will tell you what it involves and who it is for.

What runs on Saturday?

Two sessions. Adult MMA starts at 9:00am and open mat starts at 10:00am. Call the gym to confirm the finish times before you plan your morning around them. We are closed Sunday.

How many nights a week should I come?

Two nights a week is the honest minimum for real progress rather than relearning the same material every visit. Three is the sweet spot for most adults and most kids. Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu runs Monday to Friday and kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, so you pick the nights that fit your week rather than being locked to fixed days.
